Refund Request Period - Customers can request a refund within 7 days of their premium subscription purchase. - The refund window gives you adequate time to evaluate our detailed analysis features. 2. Eligibility Conditions: - Your account must not have downloaded more than 3 detailed analysis reports. - The premium features (detailed analysis, improvement recommendations, care tips) must not have been extensively used. - Refund requests should be submitted via email to [email protected]. - Please include your registered email address and specific reasons for dissatisfaction to help us improve. 3. Refund Processing: - We will review your refund request within 3 business days. - Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method. - The refund amount will be for the full subscription price. - Any downloaded reports or analyses performed during the trial period will be archived upon refund. 4. Non-refundable Circumstances: - Subscriptions past the 7-day window are non-refundable. - Accounts that have extensively used premium features (more than 3 analysis downloads or 10 detailed analyses) are not eligible for refunds. 5. Premium Service Continuation: - During the refund review period, your premium access will remain active. - Upon refund approval, your account will revert to the basic analysis tier. - You'll maintain access to any basic analysis results previously generated. 6.
